• Account created via mobile & OTP
• You are responsible for account activity
• Do not share your account
• We may suspend accounts for violations

4. Services Offered

• Buying & selling cattle
• Veterinary consultation
• Dairy farming products & training

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or fraudulent activity
• No abusive or misleading content
• No unauthorized access attempts

6. Transactions Between Users

DairyFi acts only as an intermediary. Users must verify all transactions independently.

7. Payments

• Payments in INR only
• Handled via third-party gateways
• We are not responsible for failures due to user or network issues

8. Veterinary Services Disclaimer

DairyFi is not a medical provider. We only connect users with veterinarians. Use services at your own risk.

9. User Content

• You are responsible for your content
• We may use it for platform improvement

10. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to DairyFi. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Disclaimers

Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability limited to ₹1000 or as per applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

14. Governing Law

Governed by Indian laws. Jurisdiction: Maharashtra courts.

15. Compliance

We comply with Consumer Protection Act 2019.
